Hi, I'm Austin.
Today, we had a relay race that bonded our church with the other churches. My team got first place! It was great team building.
Afterwards, my friends and I went to the beach and went body surfing. In the evening, the staff had us go through a "cultural awareness" experience. Each team had to build shelters out of only a few peices of wood, a cement block, and a plastic wrapping. When each "house" was finished, we all had to seek shelter inside because a mock "rain" was being hosed on us. I tried not to get wet. Today was a blast!
